Starting in 2022, Imperium Energy, LLC entered into an agreement with Thorp Petroleum to begin a leasing program in what Imperium Energy felt was a prime, Tier 1 region of the western Bossier Shale in Freestone and Leon counties. Imperium Energy felt this area held the potential to have horizontal reservoir targets in the Haynesville Shale and two benches within the Middle Bossier Shale.

To date, Imperium Energy, LLC has ORRI and own mineral interests in over 12,000 net acres in Freestone and Leon counties, Texas.

Imperium Eenrgy, LLC is currently engaged in developing projects in western Oklahom and the Texas Panhandle, as well as the emerging lithium extraction industry.
